On April 25, a meeting was held between the executive body of RSUH and the Authorized Commission of the UAE Ministry of Defense on the issues of training UAE students in universities of the Russian Federation.
Rector Bezborodov welcomed the delegation, noting: “Our University is very interested in building long-term and fruitful cooperation with UAE universities. I am absolutely certain that today’s meeting is a very important step towards its implementation”.
Brigadier General of the General Staff of the UAE Ministry of Defense Abelaziz Ibrahim Abdelaziz Al-Qahtani emphasized that he was ready to provide assistance to establish joint cooperation, and also noted the increased interest in the history and culture of Russia in the UAE.
Acting Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Vera Zabotkina spoke about the main areas of activity of RSUH, the structure of the University and its educational programs and international projects, including those implemented jointly with educational institutions in the Middle East.
During the meeting, educational programs in the areas of International Relations, Philology, and Russian as a Foreign Language, were presented in more detail.
